July Trivia Qustion

The album cover features two very important people in bluegrass music. Both appear clad in blue suits. One has a serious expression and the other should have demanded a retake because his mouth is agape. None of the dozen songs on the album exceeds three minutes in length and angel is featured in two songs. Name the album.
