Annual Father’s Day Festival & Music Camp - 2nd Week in June
The two premier events for the Northern California Bluegrass Association are happening this month.
The Father’s
Day Festival runs from Thursday, June 13th to Sunday, June 16th.  1, 3 & 4 day tickets are available at

The Old Pals, May 31st, Drake’s Barn, West Sacramento
The Old Pals is a California based Bluegrass band bonded by decades long friendships and mutual love of traditional Bluegrass and
country music and they enjoy the camaraderie of playing together whenever the members other individual band schedules permit. Most
of the Pals have known each other since the early days of Bluegrass in California.  Each member of the Old Pals has been active as
“movers and shakers” in the Bluegrass community for many years. Butch, Larry and Paul have been recognized for their contributions
and achievements by the California Bluegrass Association with Life member status awards.  But the Old Pals don’t just rest on their
laurels, they bring an old school, energetic, paint peeling, and soulful brand of Bluegrass picking and singing that is sure to captivate

Left of Cool, June 1st, The Side Door, Sacramento
Left of Cool are known for their hot pickin’ and sweet harmony singing.  Left of Cool consists of long time area musician Hugh Hoeger,
(The Piney Creek Weasels, Sierra Blue, Uncommon Ground and many more) and Sheri Hoeger (also with Sierra Blue).  They are
